The Concept Works today hosted a Taiwanese official visiting America to gain a greater knowledge of the U.S. electoral system.
Fu-Ming Hsu, chairman of the Kuo-min-tang Party’s Kaohsiung Office, began his visit in Washington, D.C., and is scheduled to travel to Salt Lake City following a Des Moines stop hosted by the Iowa Council for International Understanding as part of the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program.
Dr. Hsu, who is making his first visit to the United States, has more than 10 years’ experience running the regional KMT offices. He is in charge of all KMT operations in Kaohsiung City, including election primaries, local and general election campaigns and logistics for all KMT candidates.
“It was a tremendous honor to meet Dr. Hsu and discuss our political process in general and the Iowa caucuses in particular,” company owner Eric Woolson said.
